Henkel has developed a large range of new hotmelts where you can decrease your consumption.

The new products are the “White types” based on APAO which is a synthetic product. When the product is melted it is clear as water and are 100% free of brown cracks. This gives you better run ability on the machinery without stops for cleaning.

All the products has very low density and a dramatic high content of binders compared to traditional EVA types, and this offer you lower consumption of 25-50% less glue.

Less glue does also gives better values for fire resistance because the amount of caloric is decreased, and when you at the same time can low the temperature from typical 160 degrees to 130 degrees, you will have the benefit of saving energy at the same time.

Those properties will offer you better bottom line in many ways. We can document all properties with our PRO-Control system, which is electronic equipment who measures the consumption by infra red sensor, and gives a final report of documented savings.
