When products shall be mounted can many challenges be affected.
When for example glass and steel shall be bonded, must the hardener system be adjusted when the items not can evaporate or attract the moisture.
The surface tension in many composite materials is also a challenge, and in this matter you can use our experience and test facilities in Denmark or by Henkel and BASF.
Also heat, temperature resistance, pressing time, handling strengths and final strength are important parameters in any assembling.
Approvals and certificates are today necessary in every kind of production, and in this matter we help with test and certification.
On our lab we can test different glues on your materials to assure the result, when the glue shall work in your production.
We are specialized in PVAc – Hotmelt – MS – PU – Urea/MUF - Latex – all kind of dispersions.
